Going Rogue

What is it?

You'd be amazed by what a big ball of ice with some food coloring and salt can do to a third grader's inquisitive mind.

And in the magic of discovery, the kids learned more about this seemingly mundane everyday substance, salt.

36-Unit Perimeter Challenge

Hm... same outcome but different shape? Aha!

To keep exploring this idea, try IXL Third Grade FF.3, and then tackle whatever else looks puzzling.

Weekend Research Team

These two researchers took it upon themselves to learn more about our global plastic pollution problem and share their findings with our class. Awesome! Keep going!

Reading Buddies Q2

This quarter our weekly Reading Buddies will lounge with the 4th and 5th grade students. We are off to an engaging start!

Form, Function and Change

We contemplated these concepts through the help of a couple fascinating books and one very poignant story. Ask your child to recall our discussions and, if you'd like, login to RAZ-Kids to see the books.

 Think Now

Our thinking on change danced with other conceptual ideas like responsibility, service, technology and innovation.

Going Rogue

Delightfully rogue, that is, with sidewalk chalk and plenty of space to draw, write and get colorful.

Chocolate Fairy

And to think our fun-filled week started with chocolate - really, really fine chocolate.

Enjoy your weekend!
